The Quality teaching facilitator will be supporting the professional development of teachers using participatory teaching methodologies.
The volunteer will work with Heads of schools, school inspectors,ward education coordinators and other professional volunteers.
In the team you will advice on the development of training courses. After assisting in the implementation you’ll take up the role of mentor and coach for the participants.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
You have a Bachelors degree in education and at least 5 years experience as teacher in a primary school. You also have experience in coaching other teachers in schools or pre-service settings.
