National voluntary programmes

The partnership between France Volontaires and a National Volunteer programme has a special character since it is based on a single social objective : organising volunteering. In so doing, it goes beyond being just a partnership for launching volunteer missions. It takes on an unmistakably institutional character involving all the members and components of France Volontaires.

A PARTNERSHIP FOR ALL OR SOME OF THE INTERVENTION LEVELS OF A NATIONAL VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME

The partnership developed with France Volontaires may concern all or part of the various levels of a National Volunteer Programme :

• at the institutional level : ministries and steering bodies both in emergencies and in the setting up and implementation of a National Volunteer Programme.
• at the operational level : centralised and decentralised teams, projects and structures (national coordination, regional volunteer centres, etc.), both during the emergence and in the setting up and implementation of a National Volunteer Programme.

The levels of intervention are complementary. They involve the commitment of distinct individuals (permanent staff, volunteers, etc.).
